All legal advice, tax advice and notarial services are provided exclusively by licensed Portuguese attorneys (Ordem dos Advogados) and tax advisers (Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados). The service fee of €10,000 covers onboarding, coordination and administration. Actual attorney and tax adviser costs are billed separately and directly by the respective firms. Submitting the form grants no power of attorney and creates no contract — it is a non-binding enquiry. All data is treated confidentially (GDPR / Lei n.º 58/2019).
