Property mediation is carried out by the appointed AMI-licensed real estate broker. Legal questions are reviewed by an independent Portuguese attorney. Tax questions are assessed by a qualified tax adviser or Contabilista Certificado. Our task is coordination, communication and organisation. The final decision always rests with the client.

Real Estate for Businesses
For self-employed professionals, small businesses and business people from all over the world: offices, headquarters, retail space, a townhouse with commercial use or a residence for management, modern or traditional, to suit your taste. We clarify your requirements with you and coordinate viewings and the work with your attorney, tax adviser and technical surveyors.
The permitted use of a property (private, commercial, tourist or mixed) is reviewed individually for each property. Relevant factors can include the use permit, municipal regulations, building regulations and the rules of the owners' association. No property is advertised as suitable for commercial or tourist use before that use has been professionally reviewed.

We only present properties whose documents have been checked in advance by the broker and our specialist partners. The final legal and technical review is carried out by your attorney and surveyor.
